Scheduler – Client Services

As a Scheduler, you will work as part of a collaborative Service Delivery team consisting of Schedulers, Coordinators, and Managers supporting community-based services for children, youth, and adults with complex needs. The Scheduling team supports a highly responsive service environment where priorities and scheduling needs can change throughout the day. Schedulers are responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, responding to urgent service requests, coordinating last-minute service coverage, and maintaining clear communication with associates, families, clinicians, and community partners. This role involves a high volume of inbound and outbound communication by phone, email, and internal systems. Strong follow-through, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities are essential. The role requires professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to navigate sensitive or urgent situations while maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach. The scheduling department operates within a collaborative open-concept office where team members work closely together to coordinate services in real time. Services support children, youth, and adults with complex behavioural, developmental, and mental health needs, requiring thoughtful scheduling decisions, strong communication, and professional judgement. This role is an integral part of daily operations and is best suited for individuals who thrive in highly responsive service environments, are adaptable to changing priorities, and can effectively manage multiple competing demands throughout the day. wm+a is committed to providing accessible employment practices.
